The Role
The job was good and the hours weren't too long, however, on occation the work could be dull and require mining th einternet for
With some projects I had roles that made me very much part of the team with ownership over several parts of the overall programme. However, on some I was simply there to do some jobs that others found too dull.
Given great guidance by the firm. i was assigned a buddy who had joined the firm a year earlier so knew all about what I was going through but wasn't my boss. Also had another person, called a champion, who was slightly higher up in the firm and could sort out any issues I was having with work etc.
Most days I had a good balance and was always working but not too hard. However, on some days I would do absolutely nothing despite asking time and again for work. Yet on other days I would be working from 8am to 9pm with 15 minutes for lunch.
I had quite a lot of responsibility for different areas on some projects and ended up making some pretty big descisions. However, on others I had little to no responsibility
Time management and adaptability skills will come in quite useful
