The Role
There was many opportunities to work in all retail areas such as supply, buying, merchandising and Dot.Com
Only after a few weeks I felt part of the team and got treated as a work colleaugue rather than just a student.
I had a very supportive manager who encouraged me to take on new challenges.
I was never bored and enjoyed the fact that every day was different.
I was responsible for small tasks but also important tasks such as the signing off of magazine features.
I have gained an enourmous amount of retail knowledge and IT skills aslo.
The Company
The atmosphere was sometimes too loud
The students arranged most of the scheme but it seemed to run quite smoothly
I was able to take part in training courses, I choose to attend the Personal Efficiency and Presentation Skills courses.

Company Parties/Events
I will apply for the graduate scheme in a marketing position.
The Culture
We attended the xmas party and supplier conference also went on nights out with supplier with all expenses paid for.
Rent was quite pricey,
Nightlife in Hertford was good, not too far away, London was only 20 mins by train.
Yes we went bowling, paintballing and Top Golf
