The Role
Enjoyable due to a variety of tasks
Felt welcomed from the start, it is a good working environment
There are constant appraisals that give management a chance to guide you regarding expectations.
Good balance, some days very busy, some days just about right.
I was given greater responsability than I may have expectated, dealing with a wider range of clients that I may have expected.
There was a large emphasis on training, for example excel skills, presentation skills and business relation skills.
The Company
Good work ethos but allowed to have a joke with colleagues.
Organised well, however not as well organised as this years placements!
A lot of training given and responsability allowed.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare from home

Advised that I would be contacted soon.
The Culture
