  • Was an enjoyable and quick six weeks

  • Felt that colleagues were happy to leave you with tasks, and did appreciate work you completed

  • Plenty of communication with your supervisor, and the managers in the office were also willing to help you.

  • Had some busy days and some really quiet ones, also due to the fact it is a quiet time of year. However you can always find yourself something to do.

  • Colleagues gave you responsibility, especially if going to client meetings you were required to research and possibly aid in preparing an itinerary.

  • Your communication and networking skills are developed, and the insight you gain into a working life in a big 4 company is useful for when you finish university

  • Fellow interns socialised on weekends and regularly met for lunch
