The Role
I felt my role was very important and I felt an integral part of the team.
Weekly one on ones and meetings to discuss any issues I may have had made me feel supported by my manager.
I was always busy but not excessively to the point where I couldnt enjoy my social life.
As previously mentioned I was given an important role within the team and I could see the effects my work was having.
I developed a multitude of skills throughout the year which put me in better stead for my final year at Uni.
The Company
everyone was friendly and approachable.
Extensive training programme and continual training on the job ensured my skills were always improving.
Subsidised Canteen
Working from home
Opportunity to earn a graduate role if you do well.
The Culture
plenty of social events with the other interns and grads on a weekly basis.
London is the best place to go out in the UK!
There were many different opportunities to get involved in sports and activities after work.
