The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed the team work and learning more about Enrst and Young
They were keen to hear what I had to say and tried hard to get everybody involved.
They were always happy to help if we had any questions and the advice I was given was very helpful.
My Insight Day was very busy. We did lots of different activities, including meeting clients and preparing a presentation.
We had to run meetings with clients and decide on the questions we wanted to ask. There was a group leader who was in charge of organising the group and the presentation.
The team work and presentation skills have proved very useful so far and I am sure they will continue to do so.
The Company
There was a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere.
Our ice-breaker activities and events throughout the day had been very well planned. The only issue was that the clients were delayed, but public transport was responsible for that!
As it was a one day programme we didn't have much personal training or development.
I would really enjoy working for Ernst and Young. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and welcoming.
The Culture
We were all of a similar age so it was very easy to talk to and meet new people.
