The Role
A good variety of tasks to do, friendly atmosphere and I learned many transferable skills. A very enjoyable day overall
I felt my opinions and contributions to tasks were received very well and this contributed to very successful teamwork throughout the day.
Feedback was given more formally at the end of the day. Minimal guidance was given during the project, however this was good as it forced us to work out answers for ourselves.
Fairly busy but I believed there was enough time for each task so as we weren't overloaded with work.
We thought we were dealing with a real client which provided us with a real feeling of responsibility. This was good and made the project more enjoyable.
I learned valuable communication, presentation and leadership skills. All of which I have been able to use since the day
The Company
The atmosphere was quite warm and welcoming, not too serious but equally not too casual.
Very well. The day was extremely well structured so we always had something to do.
The company helped me a lot in developing my communication and presentation skills and I believe part of this was due to the amount of attention we as individuals received from the employees of the company.
The atmosphere was very welcoming and I believe a job with the company would be very rewarding.
The Culture
