The Role
A really good insight into both EY and the professional services industry.
A really good, friendly atmosphere, not just to interns but to everyone in the firm.
Always encouraged to ask help and given tuition on how to do more complex tasks.
Often short of things to do, but that's really to be expected.
Not just dummy runs, but work is genuinely used and valued.
Changes your insight for your degree, and visa-versa
The Company
A really good atmosphere, with really decent people
Well set up initially, but stuff came up on an ad-hoc basis, which was often for the best.
Both in time and resources given, just seen as an extension to the graduate scheme
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Good pathway to development and gaining qualifications.
The Culture
Drinks/ lunches etc often arranged
Far cheaper than London!
It's Bristol, greatest city in the world. Say no more...
Both socially and circuit training etc...
