The Role
I was given responsibility, and coaching and the opportunity to succeed!
Colleagues were friendly and open, they took the time to coach me in the role and provide opportunity to succeed.
My manager offered great support during the year, she was a very kind, and took the time to listen to what I had to say.
It was a very busy role and a lot was asked of me, however I felt I rose the the challenge
I was given responsibility suitable to my experience! which was very satisfying, at each opportunity I was able to ask questions and for advice!
I received lots of coaching and advice! I improved dramatically through out the year!
The Company
It was a serious office, but we also had fun whilst working
There were bits I have had changed about the structure which I fed back to HR during my year as part of my role as Industrial placement class rep.
A lot of money, and time through sending me to colleague to begin studying for my Chartered accountancy
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
There seems a well structured process for promotion and plenty of opportunities!
The Culture
I was lucky we had a very close year who all got on extremely well !!!
I was in cambridge which was relatively expensive !
I thoroughly enjoyed the nightlife in Cambridge!
There was lots of CSR and other opportunities!
