The Role
The insight day was very enjoyable, much more exciting than I expected!
The team made a real effort to make everybody feel welcome, and that each individual got a great deal of the experience.
Before, during and after the activities, our supervisor was extremely helpful, offering advise, answering questions and giving feedback at the end.
The day was a perfect balance of activities, with regular breaks and refreshments available.
We were given a good level of reponsibility during the main group task.
The insight day gave me a real idea of my strengths that would help in this line of work, and also what I could improve on.
The Company
Everybody was extremely friendly, got along and made me feel welcome by starting conversations etc.
At the start of the day we were given a clear outline of how the day would be run, and without it being to hectic, no time was wasted.
The advise and feedback given by all members of the E&Y team throughout the day was extremely helpful in developing as an individual.
Subsidised Canteen

I was very impressed with the multiple career routes that Ernst & Young offer to both school leavers and graduates.
The Culture
All the participants got along, as a group as a whole, in smaller teams, and new friendships were created, with people staying in touch after the insight day.

As it was an insight day I didn't experience any nightlife, however I do believe Leeds hosts some exciting nights out!
I was shown the Facebook page which updates regularly with upcoming events.
