The Role
Better induction & performance management would have ensured a better placement.
Good atmosphere, lots of responsibilities.
Support when required was readily available.
Vary variable due to understaffing at times due to many changes within the team
Increased throughout the placement - was good.
Excel skills, communication & business presentations skill were developed.
The Company
Good atmosphere even during intense periods.
Induction was insufficient, only one "official" placement event was organised by the company. First 1.5 weeks, I didn't have a laptop or functioning IT IDs. I never received an official job description as my placement was a new role.
The trainings were available but I didn't feel it was encouraged significantly to invest time in doing it.
