The Role
Very enjoyable apart from an unnecessary commute and some administration issues with job assignments.
They always made me feel very welcome and made me feel like my contributions were of value.
My people manager was absolutely brilliant, she gave me lots of advice throughout the placement and was on hand whenever I needed.
I never felt bored even when at the office, there was always something to do and there's a good system in place if you do find yourself available for work.
I was given responsibility at every opportunity but never felt that I was under too much pressure as my work was always checked over.
The placement wasn't directly related to my degree but the time management and self-evaluation skills developed are definitely transferable.
The Company
The staff were always very friendly and the office itself was very welcoming, especially the security guards.
Other than a few issues with job assignments and a lack of 'end of internship' event it was very well organised.
We participated in a 3 day training programme and there was all sorts of training throughout.

Company Parties/Events
I have a job offer for next year and was successful in my request to transfer offices.
The Culture
There was a good social scene at my office - quizzes and drinks e.t.c.
I didn't live in the area, it seemed pretty expensive but no more so than London.
I didn't go out in the area.
There were opportunities to socialise and to play sport.
