same mentors throughout the week so got to know them throughout
available to speak to anytime for help and answering any questions so support was there if you needed it
schedule given at the start of the week busy all day every day and some evening networking drinks organised
schedule was given to stick to but responsibility given in group projects and tasks aswell
lots of useful sessions not only about RBS but about employability and commercial awareness aswell so informative
The Company
lots of students on the programme, great opportunity to meet new people, accommodation provided for those living outside M5 so plenty to do in the evenings
knew what you were doing and when at the start of the week which was useful
invested a lot of time and money, expenses paid during the week, food and programme activities. a week long so lot of time invested for an insight week
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
assessment day at the end, presentation and interview so if successful got onto the internship
The Culture
