It was a great 5 day working and social life experience
As it was the UBS Insights there was no specific contact
No management guidance due to Insights Week
HR organised full days of various team building exercises.
Not any really as we were shadowing work
The learning packages provided were key simple information to help us with the industry
The Company
Very lively and engaging atmosphere which I really enjoyed
We were handed out an itinerary at the beginning of the week for all the taks
Even within a week they provided us a lot of support
Fast tracked to an assessment centre after numerical tests
The Culture
In the short period of time made many new friends
We didn't go out externally as a group
Around the central london area all sorts of things going on.
