The Role
Absolutely loved it! The employees and in particular the interns were great fun!
My colleagues were very young so I got along with them easily .
My manager and I would always get coffee every day, and would provide guidance on any matters at hand
Work varied a lot but there was always other project work we had to do on the side
I was performing graduate entry level work
Highly specific to careers in banking but also relevant life skills
The Company
Work place was very enthusiastic and entertaining
At times things went wrong or not to planned but generally was functional
Lots of different activities to get involved with and invested a lot of time and money
Got a grad scheme offer
The Culture
Some would not be involved with socialising but most were up to having some fun.
Extremely expensive but the salary covered it
Lots of different and unique opportunities to participate in
Played badminton often with my manager and sometimes team.
