The Role
It was very challenging at the same time tested my communication skills
As it was their spring week I did not have much contact with colleagues
There wasn't any direct manager intervention but we would report to HR
It was an intensive week with speaker-series and sociable exercises
None as it was a spring week everything was governed.
The key interpersonal skills I will be able to drawn upon throughout life
The Company
We didn't have much direct office contact but within our conference room we had large peer interaction.
At the start we had no schedule but one was created towards the middle so we knew where our allocated slots were.
The firm provided lots of resources and also social activities
Unfortunately was not successful at the final assessment centre
The Culture
During the week a handful of people that I talk to I remain in contact with
London tube travel was very expensive to commute particularly in rush hour.
There were a few bars but had to venture into central london for more things
Unsure as I was based there only 1 week.
