The Role
Everyone was really nice, and it was a good way to get a better insight into the company.
All the E&Y employees were very friendly and helpful, made me feel very welcome.
Our supervisors took us through the day in a really good way, keeping us focused while still staying friendly.
We were all extremely exhausted by the end of the day, but in a good sort of way.
We only ran simulations, so not really any opportunity to take on real responsibilities.
I definitely learned some things about myself, and became even more driven career-wise.
The Company
Friendly and fun, without losing the professionalism.
Everything ran smoothly, apart from the occasional running over time, or feeling like we didn't have enough time to prepare in the case study.
Everyone really seemed to make an effort for us to enjoy the day and get as much out of it as possible.
I would definitely love to work for E&Y in the future.
The Culture
People were quite friendly, but we didn't really have time to get much past the initial shyness.
Was only there for one day, so didn't have a chance to check.
Went home and slept - had a train to catch.
Not really to be expected after a single insight-day.
