The Role
you work with great people, you have great mentorship, you work super hard and subsequently you gain so much with regards to business accumin and personal development
for mentorship, like-minded,
speak to managers every night, plus training prior to the summer, and additional training on sundays
busy running a business,
i was running my own business (essentially like a franchise)
transferable skills, business accumin
The Company
its what you make it
100% structure and manager did their best if things didn't go as planned to sort things out
the leadership is why the company is so successful
International Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
the company has a business incubator which allow student to get a first interview straight away with a range of companies of different sectors
The Culture
it is very much a work hard party hard environment
we live with host families during the summer with other student, so a variable small contribution toward utilities, plus food and activities would range between 100 to 150 dollars p/week
the partying is done more during the fall/ spring term time part of the placement, with reglar social events, nights out, reunions, xmas/ thanksgiving dinners
during the summer we did cultural activities from the local area on sundays - this depend where your group is places in America
