The Role
It was eye opening! Helped me understand the business and its variety of different areas.
They gave me support where I needed it and treated me like an adult and their friend. I felt very welcomed.
My manager helped me where he could, but he did have a very busy schedule.
I always had tasks to do which kept me focussed. All tasks were individual and helped me feel like i was making an impact.
More than I first imagined. I took over a colleagues role, so I felt like I had a good amount of responsibility
I have gained so much confidence and communication skills throughout my internship. I also became much more focussed.
The Company
Office was always exciting and it had a fairly relaxed opened planned environment. The people were a laugh aswell.
It was done extremely well in the time period, due to me starting my internship with only 2 days notice.
I went through brief training in order to take on my new role and to help me understand the tasks that i would be doing over the course of my internship.

Subsidised/Company Gym
I would love a job at Nationwide and I am seriously considering applying to work there.
The Culture
I made good friends with many of my colleagues and I joined them for lunch a few times.
It was fairly cheap.
It has many clubs and bars which I could have gone to.
There were a few, but I didn't have a chance to get involved as I was only there for a month.
