  • Facilities and site are fantastic!

    5/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Fujitsu implemented a startergy which allowed the IP's which were leaving to extend contracts and train/develop new IP's which have made the transition seamless, however processes can change in such a big organisation, so you have to take initiative of your role and make it yours!

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • In the 2 months I have been here I have already been on several training/development courses which will help me in this role and also on personal development, if you feel you need training for anything e.g. MS Word/Excel, you just have to get authorisation from your line manager.
