The Role
2 months in its been fantastic! Slow start as I didn't have clearance but its only got better!
Really supportive and always ready to give advice help - You can talk to all levels of management without hesitation.
Always available for support, they trust you to do your work but are there if needed.
Again slow start as I didn't have clearance but as soon as it came in it's there has been a good balance of work and play.
I have been given a real job which can really affect day to day running of the business, so the pressure is there, but you are trusted to do your job!
You definately learn alot - new things daily!
The Company
Facilities and site are fantastic!
Fujitsu implemented a startergy which allowed the IP's which were leaving to extend contracts and train/develop new IP's which have made the transition seamless, however processes can change in such a big organisation, so you have to take initiative of your role and make it yours!
In the 2 months I have been here I have already been on several training/development courses which will help me in this role and also on personal development, if you feel you need training for anything e.g. MS Word/Excel, you just have to get authorisation from your line manager.
