The Role
We were set challenging tasks throughout the day and kept busy.
All members of staff respected us as members of their own business even though we were only on a one day placement.
We were given valuable guidance by the group facilitator to develop our presentation and presentating skills.
We were made to deal with a client brief and hold meetings with various members of their organisation to find ways that Ernst and Young could help their business.
We were left to our own devices to work and flourish whilst being challenged to complete the task to the best of our ability.
We were given vital interview skills which could benefit us in later life and also offered a 'fast track' to an assessment centre for the various graduate schemes EY offer
The Company
It was an enjoyable day in which professional friendships were formed.
The day functioned fully and properly without any mishaps.
They treated us as if they wanted us to be the future of their company.
Subsidised Canteen
Healthcare/Dental
We were fast tracked to various future opportunities
