The Role
Excellent day which provided detailed insight into the different service lines and the kety skills valued at the company.
We were given support where it was necessary although many of the tasks were independent learning as a team and therefore guidance was limited as it should've been.
Had activities planned throughout the whole day which progressed in difficulty as the day went on.
We were given the opportunity to meet and question and later present our ideas to clients and people in senior positions.
The Company
Very organised, activities filled the entire day. Time scheduling was also excellent as it ensured not all of the groups clashed.
When we met with the client, they had allowed us to present our views on behalf of them, as such trusting in what we would say.
We were all informed of our next step options after the insight day, more specifically to do with after sixth form. Year 12 were able to apply for the scholarship and school leaver scheme, however for year 13 these had been filled.
The Culture
We were given many chances to network and get to know each other which was both benefficial and enjoyable.
