The Role
Overall I have really enjoyed every aspects of my vacation scheme at Stephenson Harwood.
Everyone I talked to in my department was friendly and were willing to answer questions.
The talks on the different departments were useful to find out more about the firm. I wouldn't say that the work i was given to do in my department has assisted me particularly with my studies, however.
The Company
Everyone is very laid back and friendly. It is clear that everyone knows each other and they all get along well.
There were no elements of disorganisation I would say, other than the occasional room change, however this is a non-issue.
The Culture
We went out for a drinks evening which most/ all of the trainee buddies attended and it was a very good opportunity to chat about things other than the office.
The area is relatively expensive, however we had a fun drinks evening which Stephenson Harwood contributed generously towards.
Lots of good bars(and Amber).
We weren't really here long enough to get involved in other activities other than the ones on the itinerary.
