The Role
Everyone was incredibly welcoming and supportive.
I had regular meetings with my supervisor to check I was happy with what I was doing and if I needed any help.
I was given enough responsibility to feel trusted but not too much to feel out of my depth.
The Company
Everyone got on very well with each other.
Generally very organised with a clear plan and structure of what I would be doing and when.
I spent time in training with all the sections of the office and individual training with about 80% of the staff which meant I got to know everyone. Even though I couldn't use everything I was taught, I really appreciated expanding my knowledge and was very grateful that everyone gave up time to spend with me and explain what role they played in the business.
Company Parties/Events
Really looking forward to going back to work there in September.
The Culture
In my particular office I was the only intern but got on very well with the other interns at the induction and presentation days.
Fairly reasonable compared to London prices where I go to university.
Lots of nice pubs and a good range of classy bars and cheesy clubs.
