The Role
I could not find fault, the internship was great fun and I was given really good work!
Everyone in my department was friendly and happy to help, I was even invited along to the End of Year social.
We were given a counselling manager who supported us as well as a buddy to help us!
Some days were busier than others but I had the right amount of work.
I had a fair bit of responsibility but in EY work is reviewed by so many different levels that it was difficult to take responsibility.
I learnt how to organise and prioritise time and I learnt basic tax knowledge.
The Company
The iffuce was hard wirking but there was a lot of friendly banter which made the work more fun.
I could not fault the organising, I feel I learnt a lot about life and working at EY.
Our counselling mangagers were given feedback on us which they went through so we could learn from our mistakes.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
We are yet to find out whether we have received job offers.
The Culture
There were some organised socials but we mostly made our own!
London is expensive but we were paid well so we could all enjoy it.
We usually met at the local pub after work to catch up with what everyone had been doing.
Lots of activities from drinking to paintballing.
