The Role
Overall my internship is enjoyable, it has given me a real idea of what it is like to work within a business - very different from how I imagined whilst at university!
As my placement is a year long internship I feel as though I am just another member of the team and often forget I'm on a placement.
The skills I have gained and am still gaining I will continue to use throughout my career, from practical excel skills to more general business knowledge and working with a team.
The Company
The company and my collegues have been a great help in allowing me to develop skills, there are a great range of work shops and opportunities to meet interesting people in the media industry via the internship programme within Discovery and also the Creative Channels programme - including EMI and Channel 4.

The Culture
London prices.
The area around the office itself is relatively quiet although it is an easy tube into central London.
There is an Enjoy Work company within the business park that offers various different events for all the companies within the park particularly during the summer.
