The Role
Working in the Franchise Management team at Disney was extremely difficult. My manager was very difficult to communicate and work with. I didn't enjoy working for this team at all and wouldn't recommend anyone working in the Franchise team.
As much as I tried, I didn't fit into the team and found nothing in common with them. In the end I only wanted to go to work do my job and leave. This was very disappointing as I was hoping to connect with the team.
My manager was very difficult and therefore didn't give me any support.
I was very busy to a daily basis. On some days I was too busy that I couldn't handle the work load.
I was given a lot of responsibility which was great.
Although I didn't like my internship at Disney, I gained a lot of experience and numerous transferable skills.
The Company
This internship has ruined anything positive I have ever felt of Disney and therefore I would never want to work here again.
