The Role
The work was very challenging but rewarding.
I was not treated as an intern, but as a regular member of the team.
I was free to pick and choose work from areas that interest you.
I was setting my own pace.
I was given a similar level of responsibility to the full time employees.
It was an excellent education, tough but incredibly insightful.
The Company
The (London) office has a very nice feel to it.
This was the first year of interns in the London office so it was a learning experience for everyone.
Most of the learning was my own responsibility. The more you put in the more you get out.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
I think that first-hand experience is irreplaceable, given how specialised the skill set is.
The Culture
There were only two of us.
The office is in central London, so everything is priced accordingly.
I lived 100 yards from the foot of Brick Lane.
Being London, there was plenty to keep you busy.
