The Role
It was good fun, i was part of a great team who made coming into work enjoyable.
They give you as much responsibility as any full time employee, you are encouraged to outsource tasks where suitable to ensure you maximise the amount of value add tasks you do on a day to day basis.
My business acumen improved greately as well as many other transerable skills which i know i will use for many years to come in both a business and an academic environment.

They hire back a large percentage of interns as recent university graduates. And will always look at hiring past interns before external candidates.
The Culture
There were always social events being organised such as weekends away and nights out in various cities.
Swindon doesn't have great nightlife, but when there are 40 or so interns going out it doesn't really matter where you go! And Bristol, Reading, Bath and London are not too far away by train.
