The Role
Incredibly difficult, but more rewarding than any other placement jobs I have seen.
With the amount of responsibility you get, you are definitely valued by colleagues.
Good amount of support given - but you are expected to be self-motivating.
Incredibly busy - but you work as hard as you want to.
As much responsibility as folks working in the industry for 20+ years.
Degree - not so much, but life skills, 100%.
The Company
Fun but hard working.
Well organized.
Company invested a lot in me - and made sure I had at least 20% of my time to concentrate on my personal development.
