The Role
Very enjoyable placement. A job with real responsibility. My team were great and Intel looked after me very well.
Treated like any employee, no differentiation between intern and other employees.
Have a mentor, supervisor and manager. Can tailor the amount of support to your own requirements
You are encouraged to take on work in and outside of your department/ functional area. You are responsible for finding the balance.
I was responsible for running projects and high value processes.
The skills I have learnt this year I will use throughout my working career.
