The Role
A varied role that allowed me to pick and choose what projects/tasks that I got involved in,
I understand that my role plays a key part in the running of the business.
Open door policy with regular meetings - the training and support throughout my placement was brilliant.
There were quiet spells and very, very busy spells but this was the nature of the business.
A lot of responsibility was put on me to manage my day and complete important tasks.
Training and development are a key part of life at Intel. I learnt new skills and developed old ones through on the job and classroom based training.
The Company
Good, friendly atmosphere with office perks occasionally.
Very well organised. The inital training/start up was well co-ordinated and as long as you put yourself out there and look for work it will come to you.
Training and development were key parts of like at Intel - they invest heavily in this.

There are oppertunities to come back as a graduate though there is not a specific graduate scheme.
The Culture
Regular nights out were organised by the social and sports committee.
Fairly average cost of living, not overall priced.
Not the best nightlife but it is what you make of it.
Lots of intern and site wide events for all to participate in.
