The Role
Very good
Treated with respect and my opinion was always valued
A lot of support always listening and encouraging fresh ideas
This depended on the monthly calendar which I was given, however there was always opportunities to do extra work
Lots, working in accounting meant I really made an impact on Intels accounts as well as working in AP giving the opportunity to improve my day job for future employees
I have learnt so much regarding organisation, discipline, influencing others to consider ideas
The Company
There was opporunties to do team events, with good friendly atmosphere with good senses of humor. Although when we hit busy periods we all knuckled down.
Well organised with plenty of opportunities to give feedback
Lots of opportunties to do training courses, such as possibility thinking, excel training and problem solving
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Healthcare from home
Competitive but those who really want to come back and show the dedication will be considered
The Culture
Always a good social scene
As expected
Not amazing as it was Swindon, but the company made it good
Plenty especially if you are sporty
