The Role
Good placement, was given responcibility, but also provided with help when needed.
Good friendly staff who do not look down on you.
Were provided with training on using the systems, received notes from previous placement student and evryone was happy to help out.
There was a lot of improvements I wanted to make but didn't get chance as I was so busy.
Were given responcibility but everything has to be checked and payments signed off by managers, but this is the same for everyone.
Confidence and excel skills are the main things gained, which will be useful afterwards.
The Company
There were HR staff in charge of all placement students, but you didnt really have time for this once you had taken on the responcibility of your role.
We had to do a couple of presentations.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
My manager would like me to return.
The Culture
It's not bad for a big city
There was a volunteerig opportunity but that was before i joined. We did team building activities.
