The Role
I enjoyed my job a lot. I had learnt a lot by using fabulous resources provided by the company. I have chance to learn new knowledge and manage to practice it during work.
My colleagues are great. We always go out to have lunch together. They are willing to help me when I encounter conundrum during work.
My manager always show concern to my job by asking about my progress frequently. If I need help he will introduce right people to me to solve my problem.
I work from 9am to 5pm but I always have chance to chat with my colleagues at tea time or attend the "Munch & Learn" course. Overall, I have chance to learn and practice the skills during work.
I was assigned to develop an application to analyse the databases in charged by my team. The report generated was crucial to my manager to estimate the cost needed when doing migration from Office 2003 to Office 2007.
My programming skills had improved. Also, I improved my communication skills by communicating with my colleagues to solve my problem. My team working skills had been enhanced when working with a team to achieve a goal.
The Company
The office is great. I had my own desk to conduct my work comfortably. I had chance to chat with my colleagues during "tea time". Overall the working conditions were not very stressful and I had fun working there!
The internhsip was very well organised. Throughout the internship, we had enough socialised events to know not only all other interns but also managers from other divisions. Besides, I enjoyed
I managed to access online training course for free; I managed to read unlimited ebooks for free. The company offered free courses conducted by professional people to improve its employees' soft skills.

Excellent company culture, superb working environment and friendly people are the reasons for me to accept the return offer from BofA.
The Culture
There were a lot of social events during my internship. I enjoyed the dragon boat event in which I had chance to show my team-working skills and of course, it's a great fun. In Interbank Event, I had chance to know the interns from other banks. Besides, I have chance to represent my company to participate in Touch Rugby event to compete against teams from other companies.
I managed to cover all of my living cost and I had chance to socialise with other interns after working hour. We enjoyed our dinner in some famous restaurants in London such as Royal China.
The night life in the area is wonderful. There are a lot of pubs nearby. I had chance to chill with other interns in some pubs frequently.
There were a lot of opportunities! My colleagues always have chance to participate in some volunteering works or take part in interbank events such as marathon and dragon boat competition.
