Spring into Deloitte Review

Met some lovely people and learnt a lot. Travel, food and accommodation all paid for which was great.

All the Deloitte workers were extremely friendly and willing to share their experiences.

Provided with a full overview of events on arrival and always had the members of the graduate recruitment team who had organised the event on hand if we had any questions.

I now understand a alot more about the different service lines at Deloitte. The case studies and business games were helpful in learning what skills would be needed to well in the different areas.

Packed day full of presentations. It was well structured but would perhaps have been better spread over a slightly longer period so not quite as rushed.

Many Deloitte staff took time out to do presentations and business games. Also staff took time to do some interview training as well as coming to the dinner in the evening for general more informal chats about what life was like at Deloitte and their careers.

Through the presentations I learnt what what was expected of workers in the different service lines and the tasks and projects they do. Also we got an overview of the training programs we would go through.

Gave me an insight into the social aspects-clubs and socials-of working for Deloitte; as well as the benefit scheme and what their key competancies and values are.

Deloitte reimbursed travel expenses up to £50.

In the evening we had a dinner with many Deloitte members who moved around and were available and willing to chat. Unfortunatley the days were so jam packed there was little opportunity to speak to people after their presentations.

When we did talk to staff they were very willing to chat and answer any questions we had.

Anything that was not told us in presentations we could ask the employees in the evening who talked about what they had got involved in.

Very informative as well as being extremely enjoyable- what more could you want!
