About You
Very informative - great chance to meet people from all over the business
Staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome, and it didn't seem like they were doing it because they had to.
During business games staff from the business area would walk around and give little clues or point you in the right direction.
Looking at case studies from each business area was a definite plus, and the session on body language was excellent!
The Company
Jam Packed! It was well structured and I never felt bored
Staff genuinely seemed to love their job which made it a great atmosphere - They all try and encourage you to apply for their location and business area!
Getting a mock interview will defiantly help with a real interview for summer internship and graduate jobs.
Having so many graduates from so many business lines and locations tell their stories and explain their day to day roles gives a great insight into a full time graduate role at Deloitte.
Graduates talking about company culture, from business cases where Deloitte refuses to do things that cross boundaries to 'Deloitte days' where they spend a day working in the community.
Made me realise how much more there is to each service line Deloitte offer
Everything Else
Up to £50 for travel expenses and accommodation, food and taxi paid for.
Had a dinner on the first night with plenty of chance to network with various levels of staff from recently joined graduates to partners from different service lines.
Didn't feel like we were being judged of assessed at all - Was a casual meal to get to know the company and their employees better. The partner told anyone wearing a tie to take it off and relax!
Lots of various Deloitte sports teams
Good experience, gives you a great insight into the service lines Deloitte has.
