About You
It was very well paced and structured
There were lots of food and water, and many EY employees around to address any questions you have
We had peer feedback and EY facilitator feedback at the end which was fantastic
It was a one-day program so there wasn't too much detail. I did learn more about handling a client case.
The Company
The timing was just right and well structured throughout the day and hence was not boring.
The EY facilitator helped a lot with maintaining a friendly atmosphere in my group throughout.
They really paid attention to how well you could work in a team and explored your strengths and weaknesses in detail.
There was some elaboration on full time roles but not too much that would have made it boring.
I understood more about HR culture but not too much about the other service lines.
I would definitely compare this to other insight programmes to help decide on my summer internship plans next year.
Everything Else
Up to GBP 100 could be claimed.
There were no networking drinks or dinners but there were plenty of people coming in over lunch.
It was a short one day event so there weren't many opportunities to network.
This point was not really elaborated upon.
Certainly, it helps to build a clearer understanding of EY as well as developing your teamwork skills
