About You
A good variety of different activities, from a range of service lines.
A very friendly atmosphere at all times, felt like part of Deloitte
Any help needed was always provided, and we were around Deloitte employees for most of the time.
I already had a good amount of knowledge, but for someone new to professional services, it would be very useful.
The Company
There was a clear plan, but there were a couple of delays at some points.
It was very busy, a lot going on. Not everything was amazing fun, but it was good.
We had a chance to spend time with a variety of different employees, all taking time out of their work to be with us. It was obvious a lot of time had been spent preparing the materials for us.
The case studies were somewhat useful, but I'm not convinced the day-to-day work is exactly like a case study.
There wasn't much time to go through the company's beliefs, values etc. It would've been nice to hear a bit more about them. It was mentioned quickly, however.
I already knew what I wanted to do, but the information was very valuable for me to help me to achieve my goals.
Everything Else
Claims forms were handed out at the very start of the event to everyone.
The evening meal with employees was fantastic, a real chance to get to know people. There were lots of other opportunities.
As I already mentioned, the evening meal was amazing. We felt valued and appreciated the chance to speak to employees in a more relaxed setting.
After speaking to other employees, we found out about sports teams and the general activities that they get up to.
Yeah, it as very good, if you can get in, do it.
