Professional but not stressed- it was a great balance

As the internships are run regularly there is a real structure to them. This includes the managers being aware of the structure (rather than just the intern manager) which makes a huge difference

There were opportunities that I could have taken but didn't for various reasons. THe mid-internship CV training day was really valuable- great to hear these tips when I am in the process of applying for jobs.
