About You
The work was mentally challenging but staff were always there for support when needed. It was extremely rewarding and enjoyable.
EY made it clear that they valued our skills and hoped to have us work for them in the future. The freebies also helped.
Much of the course required feedback immediately after activities and much of the final day was also dedicated to both peer review and staff reviews.
My views on and methods of leadership have definitely developed after the course.
The Company
While the programme was clear and generally maintained I found being mentally challenged from 7am - 10pm quite tiring.
The activities were always interesting and I made some good friends.
EY were barely mentioned during the course and it was run by outside consultants. It was very much about our development.
The focus was not on what it would be like to work with EY in an everyday context. It was made clear however, how we could fit into the company were we to work with them.
EY projected an extremely friendly and team oriented culture.
I have certainly been persuaded that I could be happy working with EY.
Everything Else
There were also quite a few freebies.
There were a number of staff facilitating the programme as well as the opportunity to talk to senior partners over dinner.
Very good.
Working on the Leadership Academy and other such programmes.
It has proved to be invaluable.
