About You
They organised a variety of role plays and case studies plus talks from different service lines which means you get a great insight into the firm and exactly what it does.
All staff were very friendly and helpful and open to any questions we wanted to ask, we even had partners come talk to us.
It was organised really well and there were people on hand to help or ask a question at all times.
Especially helpful if you are interested in audit/tax as you may be able to choose specific modules on your uni course that get you exemptions from the exams.
The Company
Wide variety of things planned, two very jam-packed days.
Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy the experience.
We had mock interviews with real interviewers then given feedback on the spot which was helpful for self-improvement.
There were talks from various employees plus a networking dinner, including recent graduates and current interns.
You can get a general vibe from the employees.
Great detail across all divisions plus case studies/role plays helped us understand exactly what they do on a day-to-day basis.
Everything Else
Travel expenses paid for plus we all stayed in a hotel closeby (was really nice!) plus got breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Only personally met employees at dinner, plus those few who took part in games etc. Although we got a chance to meet someone from every level and every service line.
Dinner at the hotel was great, it was a casual and relaxed way to get to know some of the employees and what they do.
At dinner they mentioned the various social events they take part in such as balls and nights out, plus charity work.
Just a great way to find out more - always better to see it for yourself rather than a website or booklet!
