About You
The leadership academy was mind opening and inspirational!
Ernst and Young treated us very well and I am very grateful to them for this opportunity!
The employees of Ernst and Young were always helpful and were more than happy to answer all our questions.
I have learnt so much about myself and others, and I have no doubt that it will come in useful at university, in future careers and in life in general.
The Company
Very structured! Everything was very well organised and there was great variety.
Lively and exciting! The variety made every day interesting and enjoyable.
I felt like Ernst and Young believed in me and in my potential. They challenged me in a great way and were very supportive.
We didn't really get a chance to try out the various roles, but this was not expected from a 3 day Leadership Academy. It showed us what the employees and values of Ernst and Young were very well.
We saw how much the employees were valued, how supportive the company was and how flexible they could be in meeting the needs of employees.
Everything Else
Yes! We could ask a range of employees questions on multiple occasions. There was also a delicious partner's dinner!
Great social events and activities every evening!
Not very much... But I'm sure that if I asked, I would have got a reply.
Definitely!
