The Role
It has been a very challenging and intereesting experience with new projects and situations coming up on a daily basis.
I felt very valued as I was given a lot of responsibility. I wasnt treated like an intern at all more like every other memeber of the team.
I received a great amount of support from my manager. All my questions were answered and as soon as I needed help or support I was given everything I needed.
Work varied on different periods of the month. However on average I was fairly busy but nothing that wouldnt be managable within normal working hours 9-5.
I worked on my own project and had my own role which I took full responsibilty off.
I improved my personal skills as well as my excell and computer skills in general. The whole experience of a placement has made me a lot more mature.
The Company
The athmosphere was really friendly and nice.
More proactivity from HR would have been good.
I did not attend many training courses.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare from home
Airming for the graduate scheme.
The Culture
We were a very large group of interns and a Intern comitee was always there to organise things and help.
Unfortunately expensive. West London.
