About You
Quite enjoyable, particularly liked the micro shadowing.
Everyone was really friendly and helpful.
Graduate recruitment in particular were very supportive and open to answering any questions.
As mentioned before, the shadowing sessions were the most valuable, as well as some of the workshops.
The Company
Well structured, full schedule everyday.
Very open and friendly.
It was only a two day placement, but the activities set for us were well thought out.
Again, it was only a short placement, but one workshop in particular was helpful in letting us know the process for applying for a vacation scheme/training contract with them.
It allowed me to see actually how friendly the firm in fact was.
Quite useful, as I gained an insight into the day to day work of some departments within the firm- some of which I enjoyed and some not.
Everything Else
Linklaters were excellent in reimbursing expenses and paying for an overnight stay in a hotel.
Definitely. We were allowed the opportunity to meet partners, associates and trainees.
They held a social event for us on the first night which was quite fun.
We were able to see what groups people join within work, and some of the social events people take part in.
Yes, it was definitely worth it.
