The Role
Loved it, a great company to work for.
Always received great feedback from my line manager, and from other people that I worked with and really felt a part of the team.
Really great support and guidence when I needed it, and at the same time let me get on with my job without micro-managing everything I do.
Defintely given a lot of responsibilty that most people don't get in internships.
My degree isn't directly related to my placement, but I knew this when I applied. But the skills I have learnt are very valuable in the long-term for my career.
The Company
Generally, it was well organised
Most training sessions were aimed for grads rather than interns, but some were available for interns too
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare/Dental
They make it clear from the beginning what the process is to get onto the grad scheme and what you need to do to make it happen.
The Culture
Loads of interns and an intern committee was set up.
London, so generally expensive
Had quite a few team bonding activities
