The Role
It was great and very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and supportive.
Yes you definitely feel valued by your colleagues.
I did feel that I was very supported from my manager, and I was given good tasks.
There was always work to undertake you were never too busy or too bored.
You are given real responsibility working a Cancer Research UK.
I felt like my skill set really developed during this internship and I received mentoring and training.
The Company
There was a good balance of work and meetings in the office.
It was very well organised, the voluntary placements team did a great job.
There was a good level of training, there could have been more training available for the interns though.

It is hard to get a job after your internship with Cancer Reseach UK, only 10% of interns go on to graduate roles with Cancer Research UK after.
The Culture
Yes, great, intern nights out and drinks for Fridays and plenty of social gatherings.
Very expensive, it's central London!
Awesome! Very organised interns!
Not that many to be honest.
