About You
It was a really interesting experience and the tasks were enjoyable. The Judi James talk was very funny and everybody was really friendly. There were no assessed tasks but it was about getting an insight into the company and understanding the different departments.
I was treated really well, they put us up in a hotel, were able to get kosher meal for me, were really nice and friendly. The hotel was 5 star, we got double beds and all the overseers made it a really relaxed atmosphere and there was no pressure on us at all.
It was guided the whole way through. There were structures and everybody was told exactly what to do at each stage of the process. This was really helpful. The exact structure could have been provided in a timetable at the beginning of each day though.
I found all the information really helpful. I found out about the different departments and met people from each of them as well. We were able to ask questions. Presentation and interviewing exercises developed our skills.
The Company
It was a very structured program
It was serious and enjoyable but not necessarily fun
They invested a lot in us. We were the first intake and were very well catered for. Summer internship places are reserved for us.
It was only a two day insight but in that we gained as much information as we could in two days.
I got the impression that it was a really friendly company
It was quite valuable as we heard all about different departments but did not personally see people in the job.
Everything Else
All expenses are paid
Yes, there were dinners and plenty of time to speak to graduates
Really nice
Yes, we heard all about the other opportunities
It was a really worthwhile experience.
