The Role
I was working in a great team and was always given work to do. Sometimes this might be a bit mundane but rarely.
My work was often used in material for the client and I was made to feel that it was genuinely appreciated and needed as part of the teams work.
Although I was often given my own responsibilities to do, support and help was always available if I needed it. They wanted me to get it right so they were happy to give advice if I asked.
Always had something to do. Sometimes it may not have been the most exciting task in the world but more often than not it was.
Most of my work focused around a project that I was given and mostly left to do myself. I would then report to my manager who would give feedback and we'd discuss the next stages.
Learnt a lot of useful skills that will definitely be useful in the business world.
The Company
Incredibly well. Every stage of the application and starting process went smoothly and they would always follow up on emails and telephone calls to check that I had received everythign and that there weren't any problems.
Not a huge amount but I think this was mostly because I was an intern who was only there for 8 weeks. It was obvious that training and development is a big thing for full time employees.

National Travel
Had good feedback on my placement so have an interview coming up.
The Culture
Could have been better.
London, so very expensive. I was very close to work though so could have saved a bit by moving further away from Canary Wharf.
Not great. A few bars but thats it really.
A few societies and gyms but not a huge amount.
