About You
Thoroughly enjoyed myself; especially compared to other insight days I have attended in the past. The day was highly useful with regards to learning more about consulting and networking with graduates/managers.
Everyone was focused and passionate about the area of consulting they were representing and seemed genuinely interested in us students and our future career ambitions. I loved the little rivalry between RCS and Retirement.
All questions and queries were answered effectively.
The business games were particularly fun and gave a glimpse of the professional world, further what may be involved on a day-day basis.
The Company
Fantastic - Provided me with exposure to the different streams of consulting and where my interests lie.
No dull moments, quite a live atmosphere with the other students during the business games in each respective consultancy stream. Lunch was further a treat with graduates, managers, and other students.
Insight into the soft & technical skills required for the role.
Exposure to graduates, managers, and directors provided a real insight into how a full-time role would be like.
Very friendly and relaxed culture.
The insight day was an asset in terms of my career ambitions. I will be without a doubt applying for a summer internship aligned to investment consulting.
Everything Else
Throughout the whole day.
They striked the right balance.
Charity, Social, and Sports.
Ofcourse.
